		<description>You have seen what an impact a truly good teacher can have and I think that is wonderful! You mention that Miss H. is constantly asking questions. As teachers, it can be hard to admit that we can possibly not have all the answers, but part of being a great teacher in being a great learner. Miss H. sounds as though she wants to know the newest and latest and is willing to do more research so that she, as well as her students, are equipped to understand. If students see the enthusiasm of the teacher, they too will find the subject exciting. Thank you for sharing how Miss H. has impacted you. In return you have impacted me. Thanks!</description>
